  • Administrative - Accounts Clerk

    Siebel Enterprise Ltd is looking for an administrative clerk with experience in Accounting and SAGE accounting software.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming and outgoing calls
    • Prepare orders and manage daily deliveries
    • Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and liase directly with Accounting dept

    • Manage stock.

    • Invoicing
    • Assist departments and preparation of quotations/tenders.
    • Order follow-up: clearing & forwarding
    • Filing of document

    Profile

    • Assertive and high level of integrity
    • Mature and self-motivated
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Good skills in MS Office and SAGE accounting software
    • Ability to handle customer requets/complaints
    • Team player and extrovert

    Qualification and Experience

    • HSC with Accounting.
    • At least 3 years experience.
    • Well groomed, Excellent communication skills ( English/French)
